I am one of huge number of sad persons that purchased a sony dvd player only to have it die after the warranty expires.
you know what I'm talking about... this NO DISC bullshit... if you are getting the C13:00 error just wait...

if you have recently purchased a sony dvd player TAKE IT BACK AND EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER BRAND
sony has NO quality control for these pieces of shit, and when they do break (not if) they will stonewall you as
if they have no idea what's going on...
there is currently a class action lawsuit against sony for not recalling these fucking things.
